Simon Dasilva

I met Simon and his dog Winny (or Winnie, she isn't fussy about the spelling) in the Blue Mountains - a stunning area inland from Sydney.

Enjoying a day off from his work as a physio assistant, a job that connects him with people recovering from injuries or issues that have affected their brains. Being in this position has seen him witness "what a lot of people would call miracles" - people walking after being told they mightn't and so on. This has given Simon a real appreciation for life, and an understanding of the delicate nature that is our existence. Life could end any day... if today was your last, how would you live it?
