I am RYT 400hrs certified, and offer private Tantra Hatha yoga & meditation sessions to groups and individuals of all levels of experience, across New Zealand & Australia. Highly personalised and specifically tailored sessions are created to suit the individual, and lead to good health, vitality, and longevity, and a calmness that endures.
In addition to private classes, I can create for you a solid, sustainable self-practice to practice in your daily routine.

MY YOGA JOURNEY:
I began my yoga journey in early 2014, inspired by my mum and late grandfather, encouraged by my yogi friends, and driven by a need to slow my heart rate in the fast paced film and photography world.
After completing two Modern Yogi projects with the senior teachers at Power Living Australia, I knew I'd found a practice that not only felt great in my body, but brought peace and clarity to my mind. I was hooked!
In 2016 I took my practice to an advanced level by completing an internationally accredited 200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training course at the Hare Krishna School of Yogic Studies in NSW, Australia. I never knew guiding a room full of wide-eyed yogi towards a well deserved Savasana would be so fulfilling. In 2018 I completed a further 200hrs of training at the renowned Bali-based studio The Practice where I dived deep into the traditional and energetic teachings of Tantra; a training that would re-sculpt my outlook on yoga, and life.
Through teaching yoga and meditation, I've found a true passion; a passion for helping those around me gain peace of mind and happiness.
